At the University, we take the wellbeing of our staff seriously. Whether it’s personal or work-related, emotional or physical, your wellbeing matters to us.
Our new e-learning modules have been designed to guide you through our University approach to wellbeing. They contain a variety of tools and support you can access as a member of staff or manager to help you stay well at work and beyond. The modules are quick and easy to navigate and, once completed, are a handy resource you can refer back to whenever you need to.
