To start the academic year off right the Culture and Inclusion team are hosting drop-in sessions for staff to come together and connect with others they might not usually meet, whilst getting creative.
Why is the University like a garden?
Just like some flowers prefer a shady spot and others need full sunlight, as people we each need different conditions to thrive. That's what makes us all wonderfully unique. Different plants offer different benefits to the ecosystem, and it’s the same with people. There is beauty in variety, and the ideas that shape the future come from different perspectives coming together. Come along to take this opportunity to meet colleagues from across the University, you never know what it might spark.
Pop into the Claverton Rooms staff area to decorate a plant pot over conversation with colleagues, and get a free succulent and/or herb seeds to take home (compost provided!).
