If you encounter an "Insufficient Funds" message when printing, it is likely due to selecting an account that does not have sufficient credit.

With the introduction of PaperCut software in August 2024, you no longer need to log out and back in to change accounts for print jobs. Instead, please follow these steps to ensure your job is charged correctly:

  1. From the list of print jobs, press the arrow next to the document name.
  2. Press the pencil icon to the right of the 'Account' name.
  3. Select the appropriate department or project code.
  4. Press ‘Print’ to complete the job.
