Thank you to everyone who took part in our last survey in February.

1406 of you gave their views which have been invaluable in shaping what we do, including offering a new resource pack with support and guidance to help address workload issues and the launch of Summer at Bath including activities for staff to create opportunities to re-connect with colleagues on campus.

All of your views have fed into the development of the Future Ways of Working project. The University recognises that there is a unique opportunity to reimagine how we work, and the aim of this important initiative is to explore what this could look like at Bath from September onwards.

This change must be led by departments, as how these new working arrangements look for individuals, teams and departments will vary. Your involvement, and contribution will be critical.

This survey builds on the previous one and seeks to understand more about your aspirations for future ways of working. We are also interested in the views of specific groups – carers and managers - and include questions to explore their experiences of work through this time and any support that might be needed as we work together to redesign our working practices.

Complete the staff survey here.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. There are also opportunities throughout to add your comments.   The survey is completely anonymous and conducted in line with the Data Protection Act. Responses will be treated confidentially, and we will not look at the views of groups of less than 10, so no individual can be identified.   If you have more than one role, please complete the survey for the role you spend most time in. If you wish to comment on your other role(s) please use the free text box at the end.

Please take part by the end of Tuesday 15 June.

If you have any queries please contact Deborah Griffin on dg369@bath.ac.uk.
