International Student Group
International Student Group is a weekly group where International students can meet up, chat and take part in activities
Do you want to meet other International students studying at the University of Bath?
The International Student Group brings together people from different cultures and backgrounds in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It takes place on campus every Thursday lunchtime during semester time between 12.30pm and 2pm.
It’s a great place to relax with friends, chat, meet new people, play board games or take part in some of the occasional cultural activities (like pumpkin carving or decorating gingerbread houses). The group is led by students, so you will have the opportunity to suggest what activities you would like to see. The group is facilitated by the International Experience Coordinator and a student Ambassador who have experience of international students and life in Bath. They are always available for a chat or to answer questions.
Free hot drinks and biscuits are available and you are welcome to bring your own lunch or snacks to eat.
You don't have to attend every week - just when you feel like it - and you can join for the whole session or just part of it.
The group takes place in Esther Parkin on the east side of campus. There is a relaxed lounge with comfy seating, a small kitchen and space for activities. Take a look at the Esther Parkin tour to see what the space looks like, accessibility and for additional directions.
