Synopsis: This unit is intentionally different. It cuts across disciplinary boundaries with a focus on complex problems with no single right answer. Explore a broad range of issues in contemporary management and organisations and get the skills to provide compelling recommendations in debates, presentations and reports.

Content: Analysing Grand Challenges in Business and Society cuts across disciplinary boundaries. It takes a case-based approach by critically applying cutting-edge theory and concepts about the grand challenges faced in contemporary society to complex real-world problems with no single right answer. Students will also learn the skills needed to evaluate evidence, make good arguments, and provide compelling recommendations through written and oral forms of communication.
