  • To develop an understanding of fundamental concepts and theories of strategic management

Synopsis: Explore key issues in strategic management and how to resolve them. You will develop your abilities in strategic management, analysis and judgement.

Content: The unit is designed to develop your understanding of fundamental strategy concepts and issues in the context of organisations' external environments and resources and capabilities. The unit will address the strategic choices at the business and the corporate levels. It will take account of issues related to the development and implementation of strategies.
