* Use a range of intermediate level statistical techniques.

| Aims: | To provide Natural Sciences students with intermediate level skills to support their academic studies at FHEQ level 5.

| Skills: | Scientific writing (F, A), Quantitative skills including data analysis (F,T), Presentation skills (T, A)

| Content:
| Classical and/or contemporary scientific ideas, theories, problems and solutions.
Statistical techniques: eg. hypothesis testing, two sample problems, correlation, regression, goodness of fit.
