In order to be invited to complete your registration online, you will be requested by Student Immigration Service, to provide your flight ticket/visa stamp copy/vignette on your SAMIS account.

Welcome events
Register for your induction, have a coffee and meet other new students in Chancellors' Building 2.6 foyer area from 9:25. You can collect your induction pack before the induction session.
Introduction to University teams
Meet teams from around the University and find out how they can help you during your time at Bath. All introductions will take place in the Chancellors' Building (CB), room 2.6. From 10:00, you will be introduced to:
- the International Mobility Team
- the Students' Union
- International Student Support
- the Skills Centre
Campus tours
Current University of Bath students will lead campus tours from 11:35 (optional).
Optional sessions
English language test
If you want to improve your English language skills at Bath, you must first take the Cambridge English test so we can put you in the right class for your level.
Tests will be conducted online, during the induction you will receive detailed information on when the tests are taking place.
Department meetings
You must attend your academic department meeting to meet the Department Exchange Coordinator and learn more about your department and units that you'll be studying.
