Roles and responsibilities
The purpose of the Engagement Group is to provide a forum through which the Governance Framework Project Sponsor, Project Leads and Project Board can seek input in relation to the review of the University’s governance framework. Its responsibilities will be:
To consider and provide feedback on proposed changes to the University’s governance framework.
To identify likely areas of risk or concern in relation to proposed changes.
To give particular consideration to issues of culture, inclusion and sustainability in relation to the framework.
To take account of good practice in the sector and beyond.
