User levels
Some of the tasks you can complete in Typecase depend on the level of access you have. The four access levels for Typecase users are:
- Contributor
- Author
- Editor
- Admin
Your level depends on:
- how much experience you have using Typecase
- how comfortable you are using Typecase
- how comfortable you are using our Editorial style guide and other guidance
- how much you need to use Typecase
- how many people in your department or team have access at each level
Email web-support@bath.ac.uk if you'd like to change your access level.

- create and edit any content type
Admins can see, edit, and publish any content item in Typecase no matter which Owning Organisation or Group owns it.
