Terms and Conditions: Summer at Bath photo competition

Entrants will have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this promotion.

Terms And Conditions

  1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to students currently studying at the University of Bath.
  2. Members of staff from The University of Bath (“Promoter”) will not be entered into the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion will start on Saturday 28 May 2021 at 09:00 (“Starting Date”).
  4. The Promotion will close on Friday 4 June 2021 at 22:00 (“Closing Date”).
  5. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must tag the University of Bath Instagram account (@uniofbath) in a photo from one of the events during the Summer at Bath programme by 22:00 on Friday 4 June 2021.
  6. There is a maximum of one entry per person.
  7. There will be one winner (“Winner”) and one runner-up ("Runner Up") for this Promotion.
  8. The Winner and Runner Up will be selected at random on Monday 7 June 2021.
  9. The Winner and Runner Up will be notified by email by the Communications Team on Tuesday 8 June 2021.
  10. The winner and runner up will be selected at random by a member of the University of Bath Communications team
  11. The winner will receive a University of Bath hoodie and the runner up will receive a University of Bath mug (“The Prize”).
  12. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
  13. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Communications Team within 7 working days (“Claim Period”).
  14. If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.
  16. Details of the Winner’s will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to socialmedia@bath.ac.uk.
  17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  18. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered in to.
  19. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  20. Please note that this Promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that Instagra bears no responsibility for this Promotion.
  21. Entries may be subject to moderation. The Promoter reserves the right to deem an entry to be ineligible should it contain offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content.
