An interactive workshop suitable for fine-tuning projects from PhD to industry. Effective project management with the right tool sets can optimise opportunities for success while actively managing the expectations of stakeholders. Practice delivering the skills learned in a hands-on team-based delivery challenge.

This workshop is part of a wider programme of training, delivered by Spin Up Science, intended to up-skill science and engineering doctoral students in the areas of entrepreneurship and innovation. It is supported by EPSRC funding as part of the National Productivity Investment Fund (NPIF).

The workshops are open to all doctoral students but priority will be given to EPSRC-funded students in the first instance.
