Why this matters to you

The reputation of the University of Bath doesn’t stop at graduation — it follows you into your career. Through the Global Voice and Reputation project, we are aiming to strengthen how Bath presents itself globally so that it reflects the quality of the education, experience and support you experience here.

A strong global reputation helps:

  • your Bath degree be recognised and valued by employers worldwide
  • you stand out when applying for jobs or further study
  • you feel pride in the University name on your CV and LinkedIn profile.

When Bath’s reputation grows, the value of your degree grows with it.

What’s happening at the roadshow

Earlier this year, students, staff and alumni had the chance to tell us about their perceptions of our University. We heard from almost 3,000 people across 79 countries – our biggest listening exercise to date.

This insight has helped us to create draft concepts, narratives and visual identities. And now we want to hear from you again!

At the roadshow, you can:

  • explore the draft creative concepts, narratives and visual identities
  • share what feels authentic - and what doesn’t
  • ask questions
  • give feedback that will influence decisions on the University’s future brand and visual identity.

Share your feedback

You can share feedback at the roadshow by scanning the QR code to the online survey. If you are unable to attend the on-campus roadshow you will be able to view the concepts and share your feedback online between 19-30 January at any time to suit you.

We’re also running student focus groups, online, so as many voices as possible can be heard. There are a few spaces still available so if you would like to participate in a focus group please email Kylie Smith on kcs40@bath.ac.uk.

Why your voice matters

As future alumni of Bath, how the University presents itself affects:

  • how employers see your degree
  • how competitive you are in global job markets
  • how proud you feel to say, “I studied at Bath”.

Your perspective helps ensure the brand reflects the real student experience.
