About the courses

All students and staff can enrol on a language course to enhance their career prospects and enjoy a rewarding learning experience, with the opportunity to enter for a globally recognised language qualification. We offer a wide range of courses in six different languages, from Stage 1.1 through to advanced. This means that you can pick up a new language from scratch, or dust off skills you already have to polish your language abilities.

Who can enrol

Anyone who is currently a member of staff or a student at the university can enrol on a course at a heavily discounted rate (members of the public can join too, but at a higher fee).

We offer courses during the day and in the evening, so there should be an option that fits in with your timetable.

How much it costs

Students and staff can enrol at a heavily discounted fee of £99 per person, per semester. If you’re in receipt of a Bath Bursary, you can apply for a funded place and if your application is successful, you won’t pay anything.
