About the workshop
An important part of your PhD will be searching the published literature and evaluating, synthesising and presenting the information you find. To do this effectively you will need to record and reference your sources accurately and understand the ethical restrictions on copying and reporting other people’s work and ideas. During this session we will look at the principles and practice of referencing and the ethical issue of plagiarism. This session will focus on the Harvard Bath referencing style.
