  • Our system will give your enquiry a "ticket number" and send you a confirmation email.

  • You will normally receive a reply from a member of Library staff within one working day.

  • Please note, there are no staffed services in the Library during the current Covid-19 lockdown. However, library staff are working from home and will be able to follow up queries online.
