You should use the Ask a Librarian service to send queries about Library services and resources, information skills and Research Services to library staff.

Our system will give your enquiry a "ticket number" and send you a confirmation email.
You will normally receive a reply from a member of Library staff within one working day.
There are a number of teams working in the Library providing services, but most library staff are working from home and will be able to follow up queries online.
