Moving from pre-sessional accommodation to term time accommodation
How and when you need to move from your summer accommodation to where you'll live for the first year of your University course.
Pre-sessional and term time accommodation
You will live in one of our accommodation buildings for your pre-sessional course and then move to another for your term time studies.
You need to apply for both of these separately.
We recommend that you move into University managed during term time.
If you choose to live in private accommodation, speak to our accommodation team. They can help give advice, check contracts and recommend approved landlords.
Moving out of your pre-sessional accommodation
Your pre-sessional course will finish on 13 September.
You must move out of your pre-sessional accommodation into your term time accommodation on 18 September 2019. Please make sure you are in Bath on this date.
You will need to:
- Leave your room by 10am
- Take all your belongings with you
- Leave your keys at:
- The East Accommodation Centre if you have been staying in Norwood
- The drop boxes in your accommodation if you have been staying in John Wood Court, John Wood Building or Thornbank Gardens
Moving into your term time accommodation
You will need make your own transport arrangements for moving your belongings.
If you are moving to private sector accommodation, you will need to check with your landlord that you can move in on 18 September.
If you are moving into Hello Student or University managed accommodation, your key will be ready to collect at 8am on 18 September from:
