About the role

We are looking for two people to join our team in an exciting new Transport Customer Liaison role within our Security department.

In your role as Transport Customer Liaison, you will help to run the UniBus service, giving excellent customer service to students, staff, visitors and local residents.

You will act as a customer ambassador, making sure that all passengers leaving the campus at busy times are able to begin their journey quickly, by providing information and helping passengers with ticketing.

You must have excellent customer service skills and be keen to build good working relationships.

This role will involve working with students, staff and visitors, and will include late night working.
