Research Data Librarian (part-time, fixed-term contract)


Salary:  Starting from £32,548, rising to £38,833 pro rata

We have a short-term vacancy in the Research Data Management team in the Library.

The postholder will be working for the research data service which operates in a rapidly changing and developing environment. The team provide the expertise to support grant applications (via data management plans), funder compliance with data storage particularly for the UK Research Councils, and they help to maximise the visibility of their data via minting of DOIs so the data is findable and citable.

Experience with the management of research data is ideal, with further training provided.

This post is for 1.5 days per week (0.3 fte) for a fixed-term period of 3 months.
