An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Faculty Taught Programmes Team. The Faculty is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Faculty Taught Programmes Team.  As Programmes Officer you will play a vital role, working closely with the Taught Programmes Manager to provide management and operational support to the Faculty’s Taught Programmes Team.  You will have direct line management responsibility for a team of administrators based in our Faculty Student Centre, providing a high level of administrative support. This will include developing efficient and effective common systems and processes, standardised on best practice and ensuring that University regulations and procedures are adhered to.

Working closely with the Taught Programmes Manager and fellow Programmes Officer,  you will work on faculty-wide projects taking responsibility for managing specific projects.

This role is full time, busy and varied and involves daily communication with administrative and academic staff, Undergraduate and Post Graduate students.  You will need to have excellent organisational skills, a good use of initiative, a good understanding of programme administration and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
