The Undergraduate Student Recruitment Team at the University of Bath is looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager with responsibility for both UK and International markets. The successful candidate will manage and deliver projects and activities which support the delivery of a resilient base of undergraduate applications and enrolments to the University.

You will take a lead role in developing relationships with prospective applicants and key external stakeholders, primarily through extensive outreach activity, to increase the number of highly qualified applicants considering a course of study at the University of Bath. In addition to taking responsibility for delivering against key recruitment targets, you will ensure that relevant and accurate IAG is provided to enable informed decision making.

This role will join a newly created team of recruitment specialists, formed to provide a comprehensive undergraduate recruitment unit, focussing its efforts on supporting prospective students by degree type rather than by market. We are seeking an ambitious individual who is willing to work both across the UK and internationally, potentially providing an ideal opportunity for a UK student recruitment specialist seeking additional opportunities to travel or an international recruitment specialist looking to work further with students in the UK.

This is a full time, open ended post.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

For an informal discussion about the role, please do not hesitate to contact Robbie Pickles, Head of UK and International Undergraduate Student Recruitment, who will be the line manager for this role:
