We wish to appoint a full-time Programme Administrator to work as part of the School of Management’s Undergraduate team. This is a fast paced role with no two days the same and your attention to detail will be critical for success.

Ideal candidates will have experience of developing effective administrative processes as well as the ability to learn quickly and form effective working relationships in the School and the University as a whole. The post holder will need to be able to communicate persuasively and tactfully with colleagues and students alike with a customer focused approach.

The successful candidate will need excellent interpersonal skills, and effective delivery of the role will demand high levels of personal organisation, as well as flexibility, adaptability and the use of your own initiative.

The undergraduate environment is busy and constantly evolving, so you will need to be flexible to cope with changing work priorities as and when they arise.  The team is small and requires a collaborative approach, so experience of working in small teams and a “can do” approach to problem solving is essential.

The University of Bath School of Management is ranked among the top UK business schools, with a renowned reputation for business education and international research. We are currently going through a period of significant expansion, and have commenced work on a landmark state of the art School building that will further enhance the student experience.

This is a full-time (36.5 hours per week), fixed term position of up to 14 months with an expected commencement as soon as possible.

Interviews are expected to take place on 09 October 2019.

For an informal discussion of the above post, please contact Jane Hunt, Programme Officer, J.A.Hunt@bath.ac.uk.
