About the role:

We are looking for someone to join us in a key role in our new ExCell Centre in the School of Management in the University of Bath. You will be providing operational and administrative support in the day to day delivery of the School’s programmes.

The focus of the role is on enhancing the learning and social experience for all learners whilst also ensuring smooth running of the Centre. We want to work with a “go-getter” who is a strong organiser and puts our client (internal and external) experience first. We are open to any client facing backgrounds as long as you have the can-do and customer-centric attitude we require!

This is a busy and varied role, requiring a high level of personal organisation, administration skills and initiative.

This is a full time role working 36.5 hours per week, fixed term for 2 years.

About you:

You must be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines, learn new systems/procedures quickly, whilst also maintaining an eye for detail.

Excellent client facing skills are key to the role, as is the ability to manage relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. This will include faculty who teach on the programme, industry guests, sponsoring organisations and professional colleagues across the School and the University.

This is a lively and varied role, requiring a high level of personal organisation, administration skills and initiative.

A team-based attitude and the ability to work to an agreed set of team values as well as undertaking ad-hoc tasks to ensure programme success is essential to this role.
