The Bath School of Management is looking for a Receptionist who will be a first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the new School of Management building. You will need to provide a high level of customer care and service delivery to fulfil the expectations of the School. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as well as having the ability to multi-task.  Proficiency in IT programmes are central to the role. 

 You will be required to represent the School with a positive attitude and professional appearance and respect both diversity and equal opportunity.

We are recruiting for two 0.7 FTE roles on an annualised hours basis working varying hours throughout the year between 8am and 7.30pm. Some weeks will be more than 0.7 FTE some will be less.  A high degree of flexibility will be key to this role. On occasion work outside these hours may also be necessary when supporting School events.  We are planning to move into the new building at the end of January with a view to be fully open for the start of the new academic year in September 2022.
