We have an excellent opportunity for a Childcare Administrator for 25 hours (0.7 FTE) per week to join our Westwood Nursery Department at the University of Bath. 

About the role:

You will be involved in the day-to-day administration for the Childcare Services based at the Nursery. Graded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted, Westwood Nursery provides 48 places for children aged 6 months to 5 years.

The Nursery opening hours are between 08.30 am - 05.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Other benefits include a generous leave entitlement, a pension scheme and access to many of the University's top-quality facilities and services.

The appointment will be made subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring (DBS) clearance being obtained.

About you:

You will need to have the knowledge of finance and IT software, e.g., Agresso and Excel is essential, especially in calculating monthly, annual nursery fee schedules and financial reporting.

The role requires good communications and customer care skills, ability to prioritise, adhere to urgent deadlines together with the continuous help and support to the nursery team.

Ability to work in a busy environment is desirable.
