The School of Management are seeking Maternity Cover for our Academic Co-ordinator role.

Working collaboratively with academic and professional services staff within the Dean’s Office, you will play a key role in the administration and organising of the recruitment, induction, probation and promotion process for the School’s academic Staff.

This is a great opportunity at a very exciting time for the School, having just moved to a new purpose built building and embarking on a period of growth in both student and staff numbers.

This role is being offered as a full-time position (36.5 hours per week) for a fixed term of one year

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload, multi-task and prioritise
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
  • Strong digital literacy

Experience of working in the Higher Education sector would be of benefit.
