We are looking for a Receptions Assistant with excellent customer service skills to join our Student Living & Guest Experience team. This role would be suited to someone with a friendly personality and someone who is eager to create memorable experiences for our students and commercial guests.

With over 4,000 bedrooms on campus and in the city, we operate multiple reception hubs for students, staff, visitors, and commercial guests. Being part of this team, you will work across all receptions on a rota. The key purpose of the role is to carry out receptionist duties and respond immediately to general enquiries, by phone, email and in person. You will enjoy working with a wide variety of people and be able to build good working relationships with other University departments and key stakeholders.

Informal enquiries may be made to Stephen Schilizzi on, however, please submit your application via the University website.
