We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual to take responsibility for the day to day management of our existing CAD data base that houses our building drawing records for the campus. Whilst this may sound challenging at first you will be supported by an established and friendly team who will be able to guide you through the process and make this role your own.

The ideal candidate will possess,

  • HNC/Degree in a relevant architecture or building design related discipline or equivalent, or proven equivalent experience
  • an in-depth working knowledge of CAFM in construction, maintenance, operations or facilities management
  • a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit equivalent and experience of working within a built environment discipline.
