EQR2 form equipment above OJEU threshold

Complete this form prior to applying to the Research Councils for a large item of equipment, which is above the OJEU threshold and might require a contribution.

Form

Completing the EQR2 form is part of an internal process. It must be submitted prior to requesting large items of equipment from Research Councils as a contribution from the University might be required.

The form requires signatures from the applicant and the Dean.

When completed send your EQR2 form to Research Infrastructure and Facilities rif@bath.ac.uk at least four weeks before the call's deadline.
