QA37 Student Exchange Arrangements
This Code of Practice statement details the principles and procedures to establish and manage student exchange arrangements with overseas partner institutions.
This statement applies to outgoing exchange students registered on courses of study leading to an award from the University. It contains the following:
- General criteria for a student exchange arrangement
- Approvals, renewal and termination processes
- The role and responsibilities of departments and services, including Exchange Co-ordinators
- Monitoring and review arrangements
