• we recommend that you complete the online Staff Development & Performance Review (SDPR) module on Moodle (accessed via self-enrolment) before being reviewed for the first time
• familiarise yourself with the relevant SDPR forms and related guidance
• be ready to share the benefits you have experienced from having a performance and development review
