These resources are designed to provide step-by-step guidance and signposting for staff supporting students through circumstances which disrupt their studies and/or assessment.
They will help you to:
Consider the key questions you may need to ask/answer
Quickly and easily locate sources of information which may be useful
Identify the current processes available to support students at Bath based on the nature of the circumstances they're experiencing, and whether these are 'acute' (unexpected, specific, time-limited/recently arising circumstances), or 'chronic' (ongoing/persistent circumstances without a finite end-point).
