Supporting neurodivergent staff and students at work and placements

These insights were produced by a group of neurodivergent staff and students at the University with support from clinicians and researchers.

Brochure

The documents aim to provide support to neurodivergent people (i.e., people with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, dyspraxia, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, Tourette syndrome, etc.) at work/placement. Strategies can be tailored to different settings. There are two versions: the full version with examples and explanations, and the easy-read version with examples and less text to support accessibility and different preferences. Feel free to share the documents with those who may benefit and contact Neurodiversity Network if you have any questions.
