This project, which was funded by the Teaching Development Fund (TDF) in 2019/20 aims to develop an online resource to train and support teaching staff in using the person-based approach to develop and optimise lecture courses and other online resources to enhance remote teaching practice.
The person-based approach is a framework for creating effective, engaging, and motivating digital resources that centralises around the preferences and context of its target users. This will help teaching staff address the specific, diverse needs of all their students.

This tool will be rapidly implemented within the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences with the potential for expansion university wide, enhancing digital learning to ensure student needs are met during and beyond this challenging time.
