Applications for the 2023/24 round of Alumni Fund grants are now open. The closing date is Friday 26 January 2024 at 11.59pm (GMT) and successful applicants will receive funds by early April 2024.
This will be the only round of funding this academic year.

A total of 14 grants will be made:

- 5 x £1,000

Applications must come from current staff and students at the University of Bath.
Recent successful applications
An Alumni Fund grant recipient received £1,000 to pay language students to translate a selection of Bath's research articles. This work not only helped raise the profile of the University internationally by increasing the reach of our research excellence, but also acted as a recruitment tool for new students.
Another recipient received a £3,000 grant to transform unused land on campus into pollinator gardens, and secured an additional £3,000 from the 'Bee Bold' partnership led by the Natural History Consortium.
This project helped engage student and staff volunteers with their local environment and opened opportunities for wider collaboration with regional organisations such as Avon Wildlife Trust, Bristol Zoo Project, University of the West of England and Bath & North East Somerset Council.
