Thank you for your continuing contributions to the Work and Wellbeing survey. The feedback you provide allows us to better understand your experience, enabling us to make decisions that best serve our community.

In this latest survey we explore the topic of workload. This has been identified as a concern in every work and wellbeing survey to date and we want to know more. We want to understand issues associated with workload and its impact on you, as well as capture good practice so we can build on what already works.

COMPLETE THE STAFF SURVEY HERE.

After we have collected the data, the results will be reported at institutional level, job family and departmental level so that the most appropriate course of action can be taken.

The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete. There is also the opportunity to add your general comments at the end.

It is completely anonymous and conducted in line with the Data Protection Act. Responses will be treated confidentially, and we will not look at the views of groups of less than 10, so no individual can be identified.

Please take part by the end of Tuesday 12 December.

Please also take a moment to watch the following video, where Richard Brooks, Director of Human Resources discusses progress on various topics thanks to your feedback over the last 12 months.

More information on previous surveys and action taken can be found on our Work and Wellbeing web pages.

If you have any queries, please contact Deborah Griffin or Sarah Leypoldt.
