We support students in our Faculty's academic departments, ensuring they are empowered to succeed throughout their time at Bath.

Across the team, we:

• coordinate pastoral care within departments and guide students to the appropriate support services
• empower students to take positive action and enact change via schemes such as Student Change Projects and Vertically Integrated Projects (VIPs)
• oversee activities that develop students' employability, with a particular focus on those not undertaking professional placements
• make sure the 'student voice' is heard and acted on via mechanisms such as student-staff liaison committees (SSLCs), focus groups, world café-style activity, and surveys
• support Faculty-wide initiatives, like One Young World Bath
• develop Faculty-student communications

We are also committed to student Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) initiatives and represent the Faculty on University working groups and committees.
