Student Immigration Service
We provide support to prospective and current international students, on all matters to do with student visas and immigration.
The Student Immigration Service (SIS) provides advice to help applicants and students apply for and maintain visas, and supports staff by explaining visa requirements and the University’s duties as a Student sponsor. We advise on Student visas, including visa corrections, applications, lost or stolen immigration documents, passport checks, and UKVI reporting.
We also offer general guidance on Skilled Worker visas, Standard Visitor visas, the EU Settlement Scheme, and other immigration categories. For non‑UK visas, we provide only basic information and recommend contacting the relevant embassy of the country you will be travelling to.
We have a number of published guides available for staff and students to use.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
