What's on offer

We offer drop-ins and appointments, which are listed below. Use this information to make sure you're getting the help you need.

To get advice as quickly as possible, we encourage you to use daily support from the Careers Helpdesk and our online resources.

If you're unsure where to start find out how to get help from Careers.

Drop-in support

The Careers Helpdesk is available 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday on campus and remotely.

You can get immediate assistance with your career questions or get help with an application. In most cases, we will be able to help you right away or hand you over to our on-call staff for more in-depth support. Depending on how busy the drop-in is, you will get around 10-15 minutes with our staff.

No appointment is necessary - just drop in or contact us when you need us.

If you are away from Bath, we can arrange a remote Teams or phone call with our on-call staff if needed.
