Can I view my data?
In general ...
Most current students can see their data at any time.
- Some of it (such as the units you may have chosen) are viewed through SAMIS-on-the-web
- Other aspects you can see through the Registration on-line (ROL) screens that you use to register once a year.
The Registration on-line (ROL) information is available for you to check and update at the point in the year when we ask you to register or re-register, and thereafter in view-only mode (apart from your address details which you should keep up-to-date at all times). At some times of the year, when we are preparing records for a new academic year, this information may be temporarily unavailable but you will be able to see it again when we ask you to register or re-register.
The SAMIS-on-the-web information is available to you all the time, but the links that take you through to information in Registration on-line (ROL) areas may be unavailable at some times, for the reasons outlined above.
