This summer marked the halfway point since our three-year Research Culture Action Plan launched in December 2024.
Watch our new film to learn how colleagues from across the University have been helping to drive our research culture forward, the positive impact it’s having on our people and research, and our key priorities for the future.
Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Professor Rachel Arnold shared:
The excellent progress we have made in delivering our Research Culture Action Plan over the past 18 months is a testament to the dedication and collaboration of colleagues across the University. These collective efforts are helping to create a more inclusive and collaborative research environment that supports high-quality research and enables people to thrive. I encourage colleagues to get involved in the events and activities highlighted and to help shape the next phase of our research culture ambitions.
