To build on Wellbeing Kickstart Week, we are now pleased to announce the launch of the Wellbeing topic area, this collates resources from across the University to support staff and student wellbeing.

You can access these resources here, where you will find information, development opportunities, useful contacts and services to support your wellbeing.

We will be adding to this area over time and would welcome any feedback that you might have.

Another big announcement in line with our Time to Change pledge and partnership with the mental health charity Mind (Mentally Healthy Universities), is that we are ready to recruit a network of volunteer Wellbeing Champions. You can find out more about this role and download an application form here. Please do get in touch at, if you have any questions.
