About the award

The Bath Award is an annual programme that helps students recognise, develop and showcase the skills they gain through extracurricular activities and professional development. Through structured reflection and goal-setting, students build evidence of key employability capabilities and learn how to articulate their experiences confidently to employers.

Whether students are already actively involved in volunteering, societies, part-time work, sustainability initiatives or other extracurricular activities, the Bath Award provides a framework to help them make the most of those experiences.
