From January 2021, Dr Maria Garcia will be the new Head of Department for Politics, Languages and International Studies. She takes over from Professor David Galbreath who has been covering this role, as well as being Dean, since August 2019 through a period where real progress has been made with undergraduate programmes and the Department’s research portfolio.
Dr Garcia has been Deputy Head of Department since 2018 and we are grateful for her stepping up to take on this new challenge. Please join us in congratulating her on her new role.
