The Campus Services department is running an online Teams community for University staff that are going vegan for January.
Even if you're vegan already, you can still join - we'd love to hear your tips and experiences!
The group aims to support and encourage staff if you're participating in Veganuary, by:
- Sharing vegan recipes and food ideas (post yours and you could win a box of vegan chocolates!)
- A prize draw at the end of January to win a hamper of vegan goodies
- Baking demonstrations
- Drop in Q & A session with free vegan food tasters
