A new Mandatory Training Hub has been launched to provide staff and managers with a single source of information for mandatory training across the University.
The Hub brings together mandatory training guidance, requirements, governance information, supporting resources and associated processes in one place, making it easier to find the information needed to support compliance with the University's mandatory training requirements.
As part of the launch, a new mandatory training dashboard is now available. Staff can use the dashboard to view their own mandatory training record and check their completion status, while managers have improved visibility of compliance within their teams. The dashboard is designed to make mandatory training information more accessible and easier to understand for everyone.
The launch represents an important milestone in the University's ongoing work to improve the management, governance and reporting of mandatory training. The Hub and dashboard form part of an interim solution while work continues on the University's future Learning Management System (LMS), which is currently anticipated to launch in Spring 2027. Further enhancements will be introduced as this work progresses.
The Mandatory Training Hub will now act as the University's primary source of information on mandatory training requirements, guidance and reporting. Staff and managers are encouraged to visit the Hub, familiarise themselves with the resources available and review their mandatory training information.
