This hub contains resources to support staff with Mandatory training processes and reporting.
All Staff are able to:
access the Mandatory Training Dashboard on the hub to see their own mandatory training records
use the Mandatory Training Agent to find out which mandatory training courses they need to complete
report any issues with Mandatory training records, processes or products
Line managers are able to:
access the Mandatory Training Dashboard on the hub to see the mandatory training records for their reportees
use the Mandatory Training Agent to find out which mandatory training courses they and their reportees need to complete
Heads of Department (HoDs) are able to:
- access the Mandatory Training Dashboard on the hub to see the mandatory training records for their areas
Risk Owners and Subject Matter Experts are able to:
access the Risk Owner and Subject Matter Expert dashboard on the hub to see overall completion for their course
find resources on processes such as introducing, changing and reviewing mandatory training products
