We’re delighted by the tremendous interest in our June Open Days. The Friday event is now fully booked, and the Saturday event has been fully booked for several weeks. We have also reached capacity on the Saturday waiting list. It promises to be a busy and exciting couple of days, with many prospective students and guests visiting our beautiful campus. We look forward to welcoming everyone and showcasing all that our community has to offer.
Due to reduced parking availability on campus for the June Open Days we have had to introduce pre-booked parking for our visitors for the first time. However, we still expect some visitors to arrive without pre-booking so we want to mitigate any potential issues on the day.
If you're working at the Open Days you can still park on campus, but we encourage you to car-share with colleagues, use public transport or active travel if possible.
If you're not working at one of the events, and do not need to come onto campus, please work from home on Friday if you're able to.
We look forward to welcoming our Open Day visitors to our campus, and want them to enjoy the very best experience. If you're working please bear in mind that our visitors travel from all over the UK and could have had a long journey or experienced traffic delays. Please give them our usual warm welcome, help them find the location for their first talk, tour, or visit to the Information Fair, or direct them to refreshments if needed.
