This survey focuses on an issue that you have said is important to you, Pay and Benefits. Whilst we work within a national framework, we still want to see what scope we have in designing a modern way of rewarding people for the work they do. Please tell us what is important to you and give us your ideas. We also follow up on feedback you previously provided on the university strategy.

It is completely anonymous and conducted in line with the Data Protection Act. Responses will be treated confidentially, and we will not look at the views of groups of fewer than 10, so no individual can be identified.
If you have more than one role, please complete the survey for the role you spend most time in. If you wish to comment on your other role(s) please use the free text box at the end.
